- All documents you want included on the website (e.g., floor plan, brochure, video, etc.)
- Photo login or link to photos
- Your preferred URL (depending on what is available, 123MainSt.com is recommended)
- Credit card information (preferably over the phone), for SquareSpace subscription*
We Do:
*The fee does NOT include the cost of webhosting or the URL. Squarespace offers an annual ($144) or monthly ($16/mo) subscription option, which will be purchased using your credit card directly with Squarespace. The site will be designed on Squarespace in your name. If you select the monthly fee, it will renew each month until you decide to cancel service. The domain/URL will also be purchased with your credit card from Squarespace (typically costs $20); so the initial charge on your card will be $36, with $16 following monthly until you request cancellation. The URL is typically included in the cost of the Squarespace annual fee.
For both options, you will receive an email from Squarespace (check spam) asking you to confirm the account - you will need to do so in order for it to go live.
