You Send Us:
- Completed listing agreement with disclosures
- MLS login
- Photo login or link to photos
- Open house date/time, if applicable
- Deadline when the property needs to be published in MLS
We Do:
- MLS data entry including remarks and photos with captions (up to 50)*
- If "MLS Copy or Comp" is selected, only one photo and minimal remarks will be included in the MLS entry for a Comp
*If the virtual tour also needs to be entered elsewhere (up to 50 photos), please select the option "MLS + Virtual Tour Add On" for $206.
