- Property address, and pertinent terms (e.g., List/UC/Sold Price, days to close, all cash, no inspections, unique features, etc.)
- Photo login or link to photos
- Login to your company's template software
- Postcard text, if applicable
- Mailing list (Note: this service does not include cultivating the mailing list; it must be submitted in final form - or be available in the software provided in final form. We can cultivate the list for you but this will incur an additional fee)
- Deadline

- Postcard preparation through your company's template software
- Submit order (with Agent's final approval)
*This service does not include the cost of postcards or postage. Orders will be placed with the Agent's credit card on file within the software provided. If no credit card on file, Agent will be asked to provide.
